For residential only - At the creation of a 3D virtual tour, the client will need to provide the following elements; the shooting date and time as well as the approximate square footage of the property. Tours containing these information will be guaranteed for a 48 hour turn around.
For Commercial - At the creation of the tour, in order to improve the reception time of your tour, please fill in the following fields ; the shooting time and date as well as the approximate square footage of the property. The delivery time will always depend on the size of the project.
We strongly recommend using our UI Capture App and respecting our shooting instructions. We keep the right to deny the tour if these rules are not followed.
Urbanimmersive records in all his 3D tour user’s movement, visits path in homes, in and bounce out locations, user interactions with 3D hotSpots and other visitors, users’ fields of sight head rotations, and reactions to 3D greeting chatbots.
Urbanimmersive is also recording basic audience metrics allowing users’ segmentation and whether they have visited other 3D tours. As all Urbanimmersive’s 3D tour are humanly mapped, scaled to life and named, the 3D Dataset link all interactions to indoor contextual location, room sizes, number of rooms, navigation complexity and number of floors (level) and whether large areas of the 3D tours have furniture or not. All these informations helps Urbanimmersive in improving the Customer Experience.
Passed (1) one month, a provider will not be able to change the address of his tour.
We provide a media hosting service as part of our services. You agree that we may host your media for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of their upload to our platform.
Beyond the 12-month period, fees may apply for the continued hosting of your media on our platform. These fees will be communicated transparently, and you will be notified before any additional charges are applied.
You have the option to retrieve your media before the expiration of the 12-month period. Note that any media not retrieved within the specified timeframe may be subject to additional fees in accordance with our prevailing pricing policy. It’s the photographer’s responsibility to deactivate the Tour to make sure it doesn’t appear on the Web and to the client to inform him.
We reserve the right to modify the fees applicable to the extended storage of media after the initial 12-month period.
By using our media hosting services, you consent to the terms and conditions outlined above.

Urbanimmersive recognizes the importance of privacy and recognizes the sensitivity of personal information received by us in the course of offering our service. We recognize our professional obligation to maintain the confidentiality of our clients' information and recognize our obligations concerning the personal information of all individuals that we collect, use or disclose in our practice.
