Frédéric is an experienced professional in the fields of finance and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development at ImmunoPrecise Antibodies (NASDAQ: IPA), he has played a key role in capital raising and spearheaded the company's entry into the TSXV stock exchange in 2016, and later onto NASDAQ in 2020. More recently, he played a pivotal role in IPA's acquisition of Biostrand, a European bioinformatics company whose cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology will aid in the de novo in silico discovery of new drugs.
Previously, Frédéric spent 9 years working in the international development department of Contact Financial. He founded the Montreal branch of Contact Financial, establishing a robust network of investors across North America.
As an expert in developing MQL4/MQL5 coding systems for automated trading, Frédéric has also been an active investor for 25 years, primarily in the biotechnology sectors. He has participated in numerous fundraisers and financing initiatives exceeding 200 million dollars, showcasing his passion for the development of innovative projects and fostering business growth.

Before joining Urbanimmersive as CFO, M. Bédard was the Chief Financial Officer of the public company ATW Tech (AtmanCo Inc., ATW-V) since 2015 which operates in the technology industry, more specifically in the payment solutions and interactive communications. Over the years, Mr. Bédard held various positions including Vice-President Finance of a mid-size private company in the environmental service industry as well as senior positions held in large advisory (Deloitte & Touche LLP), accounting (Ernst & Young LLP) and security brokerage (Desjardins Securities Inc.) firms. Mr. Bédard has an extensive background in mergers & acquisitions, financing/treasury, accounting/audit, equity capital markets and business development within an international context. Mr. Bédard is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA, Laval University) since 1995, a Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA) and holds an MBA from McGill University. Along with his participation on the Board of Directors of ATW Tech, Mr. Bédard served on the Board of Directors of the Quebec chapter of the MBA Association.

Glenn Felson brings more than 20 years of proptech and real estate experience in executive leadership roles in sales and operations from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies which include Realogy (Century 21, Sotheby’s, Coldwell Banker), Kastle Systems and William Raveis Real Estate. Based in the New York City Metropolitan area, M. Felson recently served as Chief Sales Officer for Breather, a leading proptech provider of space-as-a-service, overseeing all revenue, strategy, and customer service responsibilities. He is also the author of leading industry blog: PropTech and the Future of Real Estate.

Mr. Henry-Lebel was appointed technologies chief for the corporation at the beginning of the 2015 fiscal year, after obtaining his Computer Engineer Diploma from the École de Technologie supérieure (ÉTS). At age 24, he is probably one of the youngest CTOs among TSX Venture Exchange quoted corporations. He joined the company in 2013 as a trainee and moved up the ladder with his remarkable skills and involvement in the company’s development. Mr. Henry-Lebel masters all aspects of web development; in the eyes of his peers, he is a phenomenon. He was awarded several honours throughout the course of his studies. Mr. Henry-Lebel brings a new vision of company development to Urbanimmersive and results are already beginning to show.
